Vibrations from Andrea’s violin will continuously bathe the room in whole note tones, that resonate at specific frequencies corresponding with each energy center in the body.
Christine will lead you through a Healing Slow Flow with essential oils, adding another dimension to the experience. End with the most delicious savasana EVER letting the notes lift and hold you.

The science of energy alignment through sound frequencies is an ancient technique. Our bodies, made up of up to 70% water, flow with energy that vibrates at different frequencies. Our energy centers align from the base of our spine to our crown at the tip of our head. Each energy center, when in tune, balances and restores the flow of energy to our corresponding areas around and through our body. Violin vibrations tune the energy centers, restoring resonance from within.

Christine was looking for a way to deal with stress when she went to her first yoga class and she has never looked back. She started going to several classes a week and reading all she could find on yoga philosophy.
In 2015 she took her first Teacher Training at the original location of Red Pearl, with the intention of deepening her practice, never intending to teach. At the end of her first training she subbed a class for a friend and has been teaching ever since.
Christine completed her second training in 2019 making her a 200 E-RYT, 500 RYT. She also is a certified Yoga4Cancer teacher. Christine believes that yoga should and can be made accessible to all, and brings that belief into every class she teaches.
