Join Yoga Teacher, Author, founder of Connected Warrior, Judy Weaver for an evening of sharing, reflection and insight.
Judy will be reading and leading from her new book “Tune into the Rhythm of Your Soul”.
This book has been a wonderful collaboration with Denise Griffin, fine artist and illustrator. This book provides a basic understanding of the bodymind as a BioMachine and how we, as energetic beings, are having a human experience. The guide uses amazing art and connection practices to understand the Koshas – the nesting dolls inside each one of us. You will learn how to navigate your humanness by accessing the primitive tools we are born with to better manage
trauma, anxiety and other stressors on the bodymind. This experiential book uses tools and techniques
that support post- traumatic growth as you learn how to tune-in to your authentic self – “The Rhythm of Your Soul”.
Book signing afterward. Books available for sale at event, as well as artist edition nesting dolls. Juice from Swami Juice, Jewelry by Mindy Gang. Enjoy!
This is a free event. Bring a cushion, or a low chair and a mask. We will be limiting attendance in order to keep safer spacing. Sign up is required.
