Celebrating our 20th year.

We are grateful to have been on this journey with all of you. Even those of you we haven’t yet met! Join us!

Known for our small classes, great teachers and nice people, we are in a beautiful, creative space in Wilton Manors where you can feel welcomed, and feel great!

We do not heat our classes-we encourage you to build your own heat using breath and focus; That comes from our Ashtanga roots, but we offer many kinds of classes, for many kinds of people. You are welcome to come as you are. We love beginners- try our Gentle or Yin classes to start your Yoga practice.

Your first class is $10. And we have a deal to get you going once you get here. Be sure to ask us about our First Timer Deal.
