Our studio offers a variety of yoga classes suitable for most ages, from teens to seniors. Whether you are interested in beginner yoga, vinyasa, or restorative yoga, we have options to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and reduce stress. Additionally, our non-heated yoga and Pilates classes are perfect for those looking to stay active.
New to yoga or looking for a beginner yoga class? Been a while since you practiced? Recovering from an injury or surgery? This non-heated yoga class is a great place to be. You'll be guided through a series of asanas (physical postures) with slow transitions that emphasize alignment and presence. This restorative yoga class fosters mind-body integration and awareness in a less fiery practice than most vinyasa classes.
You may also experience pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation in this class. Due to the slower pace, you will have time to get to know your body in postures and begin to train your mind and nervous system to recognize and appreciate an inner state of calm.
Many of our advanced yogis understand the value of taking this kind of class. All are welcome to slow down, enjoy the ride, and even explore Pilates classes as a complement to their practice.
Somewhere in between Vinyasa and Gentle, this class invites new peaceful and uplifting energy into your day. It combines elements of beginner yoga and non-heated yoga, incorporating breath with slow meditative movements, plus moments of stillness and deep stretches. You'll have plenty of time for alignment and discovering your body. Designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and elevate your energy, this restorative yoga class helps release tension and trapped energy, ease pain, build strength, and improve balance and flexibility. Connect to your spirit and feel good in your body. Suitable for all levels, including those interested in Pilates classes.
With all types of yoga, breath is the key, the engine that feeds the practice. Vinyasa yoga emphasizes finding harmony between breath and movement. Originating from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, Vinyasa sequences differ with each class and teacher, providing a unique experience. This guided, flowing practice offers detoxification, flexibility, and strength in an invigorating flow that is perfect for those seeking a dynamic workout, similar to Pilates classes. Transitions between postures often include Sun Salutations, but you will also experience creative transitions that keep the practice engaging. Variations and modifications are provided to adjust the intensity of the postures, making it accessible for everyone, including those exploring beginner yoga. While Vinyasa is faster-paced than slow flow or restorative yoga, you can always pause when needed. This style of yoga generates heat in the body and calm in the mind, allowing you to truly find your zone. It’s especially beneficial for “Type A” personalities who struggle with stillness, as Vinyasa serves as a moving meditation that cultivates the calm and clarity you seek. Plus, you'll feel amazing after a full-body work-in. For newcomers to yoga or Vinyasa, physical challenges may arise, but rest assured, we welcome your experience at your level. Even seasoned yogis recognize that sometimes Child’s Pose is the ideal resting place.
Less Chat, More Mat. This class is similar in pace and intensity to our regular Vinyasa classes but features fewer alignment cues and less talking from the instructor. Dive deeper into your inner practice. Postures and transitions may be called out (example: “Warrior One” or “Vinyasa”) without the usual verbal alignment details. You are encouraged to explore any advanced or simplified variations, making it suitable for those seeking both challenge and comfort.
If you are new to yoga, especially beginner yoga, we recommend attending a few of our regular Vinyasa classes before joining this non-heated yoga session so you can become familiar with the postures and your evolving body. This class may feel more intense, as your inner focus will be heightened, but we believe you can embrace the challenge! Additionally, for those interested in complementing their practice, consider exploring our Pilates classes or restorative yoga options.
Align Yoga is a steady-paced practice that emphasizes precise, mindful alignment in each posture, making it suitable for both beginner yoga students and those seeking a deeper understanding of their practice. The intentional pacing allows time to enter and exit poses with control, supporting strength, stability, and joint health. This non-heated yoga class incorporates props and thoughtful modifications to refine alignment and cater to individual needs. Students can also explore restorative yoga elements within the class to enhance their experience. For those interested in a more dynamic flow, options for vinyasa are available, as well as opportunities to integrate Pilates classes for a well-rounded fitness approach.
Full body flow begins with centering and breath work, gradually progressing to poses that build muscle and enhance flexibility. This non-heated yoga class combines postures (asanas) and movement with the breath to cultivate balance and relaxation. It promotes optimal alignment of the body and is excellent for increasing mobility, developing strength, enhancing body awareness, building concentration, and calming the mind. Ideal for beginner yoga enthusiasts, this medium intensity class welcomes all skill levels. Modifications, props, and adjustments are provided to help students practice at their own pace, making it a great complement to restorative yoga and vinyasa styles, as well as a perfect introduction to Pilates classes.
Looking for a good stretch and a way to relax? Join our beginner yoga sessions, which are perfect for all levels. The first few minutes of each practice will consist of guided breathwork (pranayama). In every session, you’ll explore various breathing techniques, noticing their effects on your body and mind. These breathing exercises have different benefits and indications that will be described during each session, helping you to deepen your understanding of restorative yoga principles.
This will be followed by a sequence of yin poses held between 3-5 minutes each. Postures are seated, lying down, and supported with bolsters, blankets, and blocks as needed. While holding these yin postures, you are encouraged to feel body sensations, observe changes in your breath pattern, and notice activity in your mind as you melt deeply into the more subtle yin tissues of the tendons, ligaments, fascia, and bones. The use of props and modifications is encouraged, as they help you achieve a more passive body, allowing access to these deeper tissues—much like a whole-body meditation.
The session concludes with a resting pose, savasana, where everything done in class can integrate, creating a blissful sense of calmness and space in both body and mind. This session is a wonderful complement to our non-heated yoga and Pilates classes, and it aligns beautifully with vinyasa practices.
If you love savasana, you’ll truly enjoy some Restorative R+R! This gentle class, ideal for beginners, focuses on restorative yoga techniques to reduce stress through supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Guided breathing and meditation help access the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation of the mind and body, enhancing immunity, and fostering mental clarity. Aromatherapy and sound healing may make special appearances, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for non-heated yoga sessions. Additionally, consider joining our Pilates classes or vinyasa sessions to complement your practice!
Mat Pilates focuses on the principles of Pilates: breath, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow. In our Pilates classes, you’re guided to use your own body as resistance, which helps achieve improved strength, proper posture & alignment, flexibility, and long-toned muscles. This form of non-heated yoga strengthens the core, including abdominal and back muscles, assisting in the prevention or treatment of back pain while improving coordination, posture, balance, and alignment. Additionally, joining our beginner yoga or restorative yoga sessions can produce a long-lasting sense of well-being, complementing the benefits of Mat Pilates and enhancing your overall fitness journey.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is considered the mother of all Vinyasa (also known as Flow) styles, making it an excellent choice for those exploring beginner yoga. While there are six series of Ashtanga, this fast-paced class primarily focuses on the Primary Series. You will be guided through Ujayi breath as you move through a specific set of postures and vinyasa transitions. The benefit of this fixed sequence is that it helps you gain more awareness of your breath and body, allowing the flow to become second nature. Repetition also allows you to track your progression over time. Although the pace can be intense, you are encouraged to honor your body, with assists and modifications always offered. Our teachers are here to support you, ensuring that all levels are welcomed. In this non-heated yoga setting, we incorporate breath work and floor/core exercises from Pilates classes, using what we learn to engage deeply in both action and asana. This wonderfully challenging work leads to a safer practice, a stronger core, and greater awareness, making it an excellent complement to restorative yoga.
