Will has over two decades of experience practicing yoga and meditation,ย  sharing levels from beginner to a more advanced yoga practice. He has a passion for yoga and loves to promote the overall health benefits whenever he can.

Willโ€™s mantra: “We are exactly where we are supposed to be, how we are supposed to be, when we are supposed to be, living right now in the present”.
This comes from his understanding that making the choice to accept and surrender to what is happening now, is the true key to happiness.

Will may have started yoga as a quest to become more physically flexible, but it turned into a lifetime of self care, and the path to his body, mind and spirit connection.

    Through my Thai massage therapist, in our first encounter, where he said that I was not very flexible.

    My yoga tribe inspires me and provides me beautiful nourishing ener
