MARY E. WRIGHT

Mary E. Wright’s Yoga journey began when she moved to South Florida, 22 years ago while seeking a meditation practice. She desired stillness and Yoga was the pathway. Movement became key for her to experience a deeper connection within. Mindful, intentional movement over the years as a way of life has resulted in a focused MIND, strong and healthy BODY and an awakened SPIRIT.

Mary’s teaching career began at age 18 training adults & kids in gymnastics, tumbling, fitness & dance. The last 6 years Mary has completed trainings in the following: 200YTT, 2 Kids Yoga TT, Pilates Mat I, II, III & Pilates Tower, Healthy Moms Perinatal Fitness Training, Connected Warriors, Masters Power Plate®, Pilates & Yoga Plate Strength, Suspension Training (CrossCore® & TRX) and most recent her newest passion Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork. She has successfully branded herself with Little Buddhas Yoga over the years and has become a pillar in the community teaching Yoga to Families & Kids.
