MARY E. WRIGHT
Mary E. Wright’s Yoga journey began when she moved to South Florida, 22 years ago while seeking a meditation practice. She desired stillness and Yoga was the pathway. Movement became key for her to experience a deeper connection within. Mindful, intentional movement over the years as a way of life has resulted in a focused MIND, strong and healthy BODY and an awakened SPIRIT.
Mary’s teaching career began at age 18 training adults & kids in gymnastics, tumbling, fitness & dance. The last 6 years Mary has completed trainings in the following: 200YTT, 2 Kids Yoga TT, Pilates Mat I, II, III & Pilates Tower, Healthy Moms Perinatal Fitness Training, Connected Warriors, Masters Power Plate®, Pilates & Yoga Plate Strength, Suspension Training (CrossCore® & TRX) and most recent her newest passion Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork. She has successfully branded herself with Little Buddhas Yoga over the years and has become a pillar in the community teaching Yoga to Families & Kids. She continues to specialize in private lessons combining all her talents in helping her clients to achiever their goals.
Her vision is to grow within the adult yoga community while continuing to raise her two Little Buddhas, Kathryn Rose 11 & Stephen 9. In her free time find Mary in, on or near the ocean surfing, SUP, kite boarding, snorkeling or sunbathing. She also loves her home life creating, growing and bonding with her family living a yogic life.
She is honored to become a part of the Red Pearl Teaching Family & Community after cultivating her own practice in the original RPY studio. She has experience teaching Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Gentle/Slow, Restorative, Yin and Pre/Postnatal Yoga. She works with students of all ages and abilities. Her teaching style focuses on intentional queuing, spinal articulation and core development while guiding you into a deeper mind/body connection for your own practice. A free community class 23 yrs ago seeking how to sit quietly in mediation!

Any food that I don’t prepare!

Authenticity, Kindness and Positivity. My own path unfolding keeps me inspired to grow!
