He found his spiritual guide and was a student of the late Master Sunyata Saraswati for 7 years. During this period, he was taught several methods of yoga & other rare practices, including meditations. Bill continues to learn advanced yoga practices, and has been committed to his practice and teaching. He has studied and taught in several foreign countries including Europe and Asia. He has a passion for Bhakti yoga, and enjoys practicing the yoga of devotion. Bill has an ability to guide yoga Nidra that is not often found. He facilitates training for yoga teachers to guide Nidra as well. Recent study has taken him further into the practices he started with Master Sunyata, Access to those teachings is freely shared by Bill, whether in a yoga class or a Yoga Nidra guided session.
