Matt Herren guides a conscious breath and somatic movement practice, followed by an immersive sound bath journey.
The breath-work incorporates elements spanning Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) – such as Yoga Kriyas, Pranayama and Qigong. The combined movement, conscious breath and sound bath work synergistically to aid in the removal of mental and physical impurities, flush out toxins and optimize the flow of vital life force energy – ‘Prana’ or ‘Qi’.
