For Veronica, the practice of Yoga brings peace to mind, body and soul. Veronica was inspired to teach Yoga so that she could share this artful discipline, leading others to find and keep their center, and to feel connected to their bodies. After completing her 200 RYT certification, Veronica found Fort Lauderdale to be the perfect spot to for her to grow and continue her yoga journey with the beauty of the coastal landscape. Living by the beach has allowed her to connect more deeply to the practice.
Veronica leads power classes that emphasize good breathing, and the magic of a good flow through the discipline of Vinyasa. She believes in living life with Humility and Gratitude and finds Yoga is the perfect practice for a purpose-filled life.

Near water. Must be the Pisces in me.

In my early 20’s I was looking for a way to alleviate anxiety. It works!

Comfort Food- If it’s buttery, cheesy, warm and filling…count me in.

People, yoga, music, food… I’m inspired everyday, with the smallest of things; Inspiration is EVERYWHERE!
