Reservation/Cancellation/Refund Policy for Events & Workshops (held at studio)

You must pre-pay in full to reserve your spot; reservations will not be taken without payment.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the workshop for a full refund less 10%.  No refunds or credits after that --with the following exception-- the event sells out and we can fill your spot, in which case you will receive the amount you paid less 20%.

Wondering why we don't give full refunds closer to the date?
Simple. If we stop selling spots, in order to hold your place, and then you don't attend,  that is lost income because we have turned away another attendee in order to honor our commitment to you. Our presenters have costs and minimums that we must cover in order to host them  and those expenses are bullt into the pricing and attendance level of each event.
If you are traveling to be with us, please carefully consider booking refundable flights and hotel rooms, as we do not cover those in the event you cannot come, or the very, very rare event that the presenter cancels an event.
