Heath, Fitness and Nutrition Coach and Author Ben Azadi will share what he knows on the do’s and don’t of intermittent fasting and the Keto diet. There is alot of incorrect info out there.  The world of health and nutrition keeps evolving and so does Ben.

He has had amazing success with both of these systems, both professionally and in his own personal life.
