$10 Vinyasa- Amy

One hour and 15 minutes

Your breath will move you along through flowing explorations of standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing, twists and inversions creating a “moving meditation”. You will be invited to work toward your edges, building strength and flexibility along the way. Each class takes a different focus or intention and no two are ever the same- For example, one day hip openers, another day arm balances, or maybe strength and foundation work. These exhilarating flows are taught with a detailed progression that will move you toward YOUR fullest expression of the postures-so come just as you are.
Those new to Yoga or to Vinyasa may feel challenged at times-no worries; We believe in allowing you YOUR experience at YOUR level.

The practice will wind down to a deep savasana/ guided meditation that will polish your newly found edges into a peaceful, balanced and invigorated state of being. Modifications are given for all levels.

Early for Class?
Lobby opens 15 minutes before class so that we have practice and prep time. Please be patient while we get ourselves and our space ready for you.

Late to Class? If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom. This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.
