Vin-Yin $10 – Chloe

Vin Yin   1 hour and 15 minutes

This combination Vinyasa and Yin Yoga class starts with a creative and playful vinyasa flow.  Stretching and strengthening muscles and joints with creatively-sequenced asana  along with the breath allows the mind to let go.

Then we prepare  and move into slow, deep and supported stretches- Yin style- to finish. Yin postures are typically held for 3-7 minutes. Mostly seated or lying down so you can really LET GO…

Please bring a clean towel to use on your bolsters for Yin portion as you will likely be sweaty from the Vinyasa.
As always, modifications are provided for all levels.

Early for Class?

Lobby opens 15 minutes before class so that we have practice and prep time. Please be patient while we get ourselves and our space ready for you.

Late to Class?

If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom.This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.
