$10 Slow Flow Vinyasa – Chloe

Moving at a slower pace than most of our flowing classes, the Slow Flow practice is a blend of Gentle Yoga and Vinyasa.  Along with the flowing aspect of Vinyasa, some postures will be held for longer periods of time, as in a more basic class. Emphasis is placed on breath awareness and optimal alignment of the body in postures for the yoga to do its deeper work.   This class will ask for focus, challenge– and maybe even sweat. Take the slow road and enjoy the ride. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to place more care and attention in each posture and transition.
As always, modifications are provided for all levels.

Early for Class?
Lobby opens 15 minutes before class so that we have practice and prep time. Please be patient while we get ourselves and our space ready for you.

Late to Class? If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom.This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.
