Minimalist Vinyasa
  1 hour and 30 minutes

Less Chat, More Mat. Similar in pace and intensity to our regular Vinyasa but fewer alignment cues and less talking from the instructor. Groove deeper into into your inner practice. Postures and transitions may be called out(example: “Warrior One” or “Vinyasa”) but without all the extra attention to verbal alignment and other detail. You are invited to explore any advanced or pared down variations.

If you are new to Yoga, we recommend that you attend a minimum of 10 of our regular Vinyasa classes before coming to this class so you are somewhat familiar with the ever changing postures and your ever changing body. This class will likely feel more intense because your inner focus will be turned up but we know you can do it!

Early for Class?
Lobby opens 15 minutes before class so that we have practice and prep time. Please be patient while we get ourselves and our space ready for you.

Late to Class? If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom.This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.

Kate found yoga through a life-long love of dance and movement. Every one of her classes are unique. The classes develop organically, depending on the students needs, experience level, and overall energy of the group.
