In this Yoga class we’ll start off with gentle, basic movement. Movement helps to release blocked or stagnant energy in the body.  Then, we will melt into our Restorative poses.

The Restorative postures will target your nervous system and invite a sense of calm and clarity. Bolsters, blocks and blankets cradle your body in the right places with just the right amount of support so that you can relax as completely as possible; It’s all about letting go.

This peaceful state of being will reset your body and mind. As a result, you may just experience an night of amazing sleep.

Can you hear it? Bliss is calling your name.

Early for Class?

Lobby opens 15 minutes before class so that we have practice and prep time. Please be patient while we get ourselves and our space ready for you.

Late to Class?

If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom.This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.
