Class time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Nice and easy does it.
Gentle Yoga is a series of Hatha (physical postures)with emphasis on alignment, pranayama(breath control).
This class fosters mind-body integration and awareness in a soft, sweet practice.
If you have been away from Yoga for a while, why not take it slow on your re-entry?
Or if you are a beginner, new to Yoga, and not sure where you are yet this is the class for you!
This class is also great for those recovering from injury, surgery or other trauma who desire a slower-paced class.
All levels are welcome to slow down and enjoy the ride.

Early for Class?
Lobby opens 15 minutes before class so that we have practice and prep time. Please be patient while we get ourselves and our space ready for you.
Late to Class?
If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom. This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.
