Gentle -Happy Hour $10-Tamara

Class time: 1 hour and 15  minutes

Nice and easy does it. If you have been away from Yoga for a while, why not take it slow on your re-entry? Or if you are new to Yoga, and not sure where you are yet.. Gentle Yoga is series of asanas(physical postures)with slow transitions, emphasis on alignment, pranayama(breath and subtle energy control) this class fosters mind-body integration and awareness in a much  less fiery practice than most other classes. All levels. Also great for those recovering from injury who need a slower paced class. All are welcome to slow down and enjoy the ride.

M-Fr 4:30 are all Happy Hour Classes ( cash only, exact change.$10.)
Attn. RPY Members: You may now use your class punches for these classes if you like. Sign in as for regular classes
and we will see that the teacher gets paid!

We do not accept credit cards or checks for Happy Hour classes. 

Towing Happens – please do not park in our back lot. Free metered street parking after 5pm and on Sundays. Free all day parking just  behind/south of the Gateway, in the large lot on ne 9th place

Late to Class? If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted into the classroom.This is first, for your own safety, and secondly, in consideration of the other students’ practice; It is distracting to them and to the teacher. If there is no one at the desk, you will find the lobby doors locked.
