This class offers pranayama(breathing techniques), gentle movement , stretching and strengthening. You may also explore meditation techniques. Most importantly, due to the slower pace of this class, you will enjoy lots of time to get to know your body in postures, and begin to train your mind and nervous system to appreciate a space of calm.
